can not find external path

Hi,

 

I downloaded the compiler and try to learn the example that is, come with the compiler, but when I try to compile and here is error I got:

 

 

Programming...

 

C:\PROGRA~1\PicAnt\Samples\C\inter.c). Check if path to this external application is correct.

Done

 

Simulating...

 

C:\Program Files\PicAnt\Samples\C\inter.exe

 

Failed to spawn (C:\Program). Check if path to this external application is correct.

Done

 

Could you help me to solve this problem?

Your PicAntIDE settings seem completly messed up. C:\PROGRA~1\PicAnt\Samples\C\inter.c is a source file but you try to run it as if it was an application and .EXE files (C:\Program Files\PicAnt\Samples\C\inter.exe) don't do anything with PICs.

 

Are you trying to compile a windows or dos program using PicAntIDE :?

I compile under Windows 2000, Here is complete error message that gave me,

Can't execute 'program' command

 

Seems to me that, the step compile  and assemble are good, but when come to the step "programming" then it fails,

 

Could you tell me what have cause and how to fix it?

Which programmer application and what command line have you specified to program the .HEX file into the target?

Right now, the programmmer and simulator are blank.

What should I put under the programmer and simulator fields?
