Novo Led Blink

Recommended Posts

I'm playing with 7.05 and Novo. I tried NovoLedFlash.c as a stand alone project. Tried using the LED plugin.

Not seeing anything blink.

Everything is pretty much default.

(Since the RTOS is controlling program flow, would the code flow jump around in the simulator? Am I suppose to be able to trace into library function though I don't have source code?)

Hi zzjoki,

Check that you are using the linker -swcs option before compiling. See the Novo documentation.

Set the clock to 20MHz and connect the LEDs to Port B.

Just tried it and it works for me.

Yes.

You can, but only at assembly language level if you don't have the source code.

If the code window is active, code stepping is on assmembly language instructions. If the code window is not the active window code stepping is on source code lines.

Regards

Dave

Hi Dave,

Yes, that (-swcs) fixed it.

I just open up the package and started playing around. Didn't read or check anything.

Thanks for the help.
