BoostC Special function:

void interrupt(void)

Makes MPLAB X IDE v1.20 come up with the following warning:

unexpected token: (

I've currently using BoostC v7.10 and 64 bit windows 7.

That's because the MPLAB X IDE is doing its own syntax checking and "interrupt" is a reserved word in the X8C compile which it expects you to be using. The syntax in X8C would be

void interrupt foo()

{

}

whereas sourceboost would expect just

void interrupt()

{

}

I can't offhand think of an obvious fix.

Hey!

Did you find a fix for this? Ive just started using mplabX and there are loads of syntax problems shown, but sourceboost compiles just fine:

errors are:

bool, intrinsic functions such as set_bit, clear_bit etc.., porta, portb, etc..

?
